[From the very beginning, you could see it was Oregon's game to lose. Never mind the fact that they almost did. They held on to win thanks to another stellar performance by the defense.
Sure, Jeremiah Masoli and LeMichael James provided enough offense. But had it not been for this defense, Oregon would be 0-3 right now. Catch the story here if you missed the game.
But I'll just let these photos by the Oregonian tell the story. . .
6'7" Brandon Bair blocks Cain's pass, then eats ball.
All day long, Utah ball carriers always had at least one Duck attached to them. Javes Lewis makes tackle.
[I have never seen an Oregon pass defense play as well as these guys did Saturday. Pass after pass was challenged. Walter Thurmond III, who also returned a punt for a TD, was responsible for most of the breakups. He's the MAN in the above pics along with Javes Lewis on the right.
By the way, I don't care what anybody says. I like the gray pants.] --kb

Love how you set up madduck with the photos this time. Looks nice. A request. can you send me and also repost the Nata against the Huskies QB picture. Your fans here would love to see it. Thanks ......Matter
Time's up! What needs to be fixed will have to have been fixed by Saturday. We know Masoli can do it. One thing is for sure, after watching game films, Cal won't be looking for us to throw to Dickson. That would be a good thing to fix.
You are right about our defense. The secondary is awesome.
