NO QUIT



While Eddie Pleasant leads a flock of Ducks on a fumble return, Stanford receiver Chris Owusu lies motionless, reminding us of the dangers of football and brain injuries with head-to-head collisions.
 Way to be a funsucker to a thrilling moment, Owusu.



Oregon just refused to give up. They were getting hammered, making mistakes, made to look silly.

And then they went to work.
  
   That hurry up offense is like a boxer's punching rhythm. Unrelenting, it just wears and wears on the opponent. No amount of faking injuries (OH YES THEY DID!) could halt the fatigue.
   CBS Sports writer Dennis Dodd wrote an excellent article yesterday titled Explosive Oregon takes spot among nation's elite. Too long to copy here, but it offers a good 'big picture' of what Saturday's game meant to Oregon. Thanks to Ken Goe's tweets for pointing me to it.
